Title: Intelligent Understanding and Interactive Computing of Scenes
Abstract: Based on intelligent understanding and interactive computing of scene content, it explores the relationship among representation, modeling, perception and interaction of real-world scene content, discusses how the agent can improve the environmental prediction ability and behavioral decision-making ability of dynamic unstructured scenes, and realizes the collaborative learning and computing of “Human-Machine-Environment”. The progress made will be reported.
Biography: Yang Xin, Professor of School of Computer Science and Technology, Dalian University of Technology, Ph.D. Supervisor, Deputy Director of Discipline Construction Office. He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree from School of Computer Science of Jilin University, Doctoral Degree from School of Computer Science of Zhejiang University, and conducted postdoc research at City University of Hong Kong. His research interests are Computer Graphics and Vision, Intelligent Robotics Technology and focusing on the Efficient Expression, Perception, Understanding and Interaction of Scenes. He led projects from 863 Program, major support program of the National Natural Science Foundation (General Program), Key R & D of Liaoning Province and etc. In addition, he won the Second Prize of Technological Invention of the Ministry of Education in 2018.
